My first experience ever getting sugared was here and it was honestly amazing, I’ll never shave again after. Fanny is very professional and knows how to keep good conversation. I’ve never been dissatisfied after coming here. Would 10/10 recommend if you’re looking into getting sugared or even getting your eyebrows done :)

I have been coming here every month since I moved to Nelson 2 years ago. Everyone who works here is great! Fanny is especially wonderful, I look forward to my appointment with her each month. She’s fast, minimal pain, and she doesn’t mind if I bring my baby daughter with me which helps so much not having to figure out childcare. Would highly recommend! :)

Truly the most professional hair removal business in Nelson. I came home so impressed with how well a job Fanny did- I have never received such meticulous, detail oriented service before; Not a spot was missed. What struck me most was how passionate she was with the work, and how much she cared about doing a good job. It was a labour of love and I trusted her process completely. I appreciated the clear communication, and the multiple check ins to make sure I was happy with what was done and that no spots were missed. If you've ever had a bad experience with waxing/ hair removal, or if you are considering going for the first time, I highly recommend checking out the Sugar Shack. The staff are friendly, non judgmental and well versed in all things hair removal. We're so lucky to have them here in Nelson💗

I had my first sugar wax a few weeks ago with Fanny and the experience was wonderful! She made me feel at ease and the conversation flowed. Best of all she had the gentlest touch: it was practically pain free.. plus the waxing has lasted! A few weeks later and I’ve hardly any stubble at all.. I HIGHLY recommend :)
